Hi Kui.

It seems you have found a binutils bug, which unfortunately appears to be present
in the latest binutils.  This seems to affect all PE targets.  I have added
it to the binutils bug tracker here
<http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1024>.

I have no idea how long it will be before it is fixed.  To get it working
immediately, your best bet is to use binutils targetted to a non-PE platform.
For example, DJGPP might work, as it uses some other variant of COFF, or
a crossassembler from Windows to some non-PE target, such as ELF.
