[mingw - Windows API] wininet.h: Missing Constants...

Dudes - this is sad...

wininet.h as supplied by mingw has no defined constant for WININET_API_FLAG_SYNC
(among others), yet USES THE CONSTANT in later definitions????

What's the deal?

Provide the missing info and it will be fixed.

Whoever provided the original file apparently overlooked that.
Actually all WININE_API_FLAG_* are missing:

#define WININET_API_FLAG_ASYNC 1
#define WININET_API_FLAG_SYNC 4
#define WININET_API_FLAG_USE_CONTEXT 8
